  My friend Adam is an amazing guy. He's been diabetic since he was 12 years old. He has lost his sight due to the disease but keeps on going, when many would have just given up and laid around. He gets around with his stick, (don't call it cane) still works 5 days a week, goes to the gym 3 days a week. Plus he writes novels this is his latest and until February 6th, you can have a chance to receive an ebook it is a giveaway on Goodreads.
